Committed to Safer Driving

I deliver fleet training and driver assessments with a clear focus on real-world driving, risk reduction, and professional standards, rather than test-style performance.
My approach is calm, supportive, and evidence-led, ensuring drivers feel engaged rather than judged, while still maintaining clear accountability. Every induction, assessment, and aftercare session is tailored to the organisation, vehicle types, and operating environment, allowing training to be both relevant and effective.
I place strong emphasis on observation, anticipation, space management, and decision-making in line with DVSA and Roadcraft principles, supporting drivers to understand not just what they should do, but why it matters.

For fleet managers, this approach provides clear insight, documented evidence, and measurable outcomes that support duty of care, compliance, and continuous improvement across the fleet.

Our Approach
Why Choose Us

I hold PSV and HGV Class 1 and Class 2 licences and have over 20 years’ experience driving vocational vehicles across a wide range of operational environments.
My background includes assessing and supporting drivers operating coaches, lorries, vans, and large fleet vehicles, with experience delivering assessments and training for major national organisations including Royal Mail and BT Openreach.
This hands-on experience allows me to understand the real pressures drivers face on the road and the operational demands placed on fleet managers.

As a result, my training and assessments are grounded in practical reality, aligned with industry expectations, and delivered with professionalism, consistency, and credibility.
